I'm Honor Hawkins, MA, NBC-HWC. I'm a board-certified coach and seasoned communications strategist with decades of experience at the intersection of strategy, performance, well-being, and communication.

My work is grounded in a clear purpose: to elevate individuals, organizations, and communities through coaching and communications.

I’m driven to create the kind of positive ripples that make all of us healthy and well.

I came to coaching after spending decades developing internal and external communications at some of the world's most trusted organizations, including Vanderbilt University, Toyota Motor Corporation, and a consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies. That work taught me how much great leadership depends on clarity, connection, and the ability to communicate what matters. Coaching lets me take that deeper.

Today, I offer two core services: executive coaching focused on performance and well-being, and strategic communications consulting for mission-driven organizations.

When I'm not coaching or consulting, you'll find me in Charleston, SC, with my husband Ned, our two beautiful (tireless!) sons Owen and Holden, and the family pup, Rosie.
