COACH APPROACH — WITH A TWIST
As coach, my role is to support you as you create sustainable change in mindset and behavior. I have found that clients do best when I lean on a process grounded in science (coaching psychology, positive psychology, fitness, nutrition, etc. ) while weaving in other complementary modalities such as intuition, holistic well-being, herbalism and more.
It’s much harder to change your thinking — and your doing — on your own. Plus, smart people can rationalize anything, making change even harder. So together, we’ll support you to take baby steps toward change using proven tools for wellbeing, mindset, mindfulness, visioning, goal-setting, habit creation, flow, personal development, and more.
We reference where you are with a comprehensive initial assessment. We envision your desired future self. Then we build a bridge to help you get from here to there. While respecting the unique needs of your nervous system, your natural rhythms, and the wisdom of your body.
